I bought beanie for my Grandson who was going to Iceland for Christmas, he loves it

Incredible purchase experience: so pleased with the personnel and products!

Helpful advice from sales staff, notification when product was in stock, goods delivered promptly and quality upon delivery was as expected.

I felt instant warmth the first time I put this jacket on. Superbly comfortable, light, and packs down to a small size. When on trips I carry the jacket in an ultrasil compression dry sack which compresses the jacket to about half the size of the stuff sack it came with.

There were a lot of staff, minimal customers, yet my wife and I were made to feel like an inconvenience, if we asked for assistance or sizing.
At one stage we were told we would have to go to another store to get the sizing we needed in that product and that was after my wife prompted the assistant to check other stores.
There was also no communication around the sale, which lead to confusion.
We spent a decent amount of money there and were very disappointed with the service.
We won’t be returning.
As an aside, we found a very small competitor down the road and the experience was chalk and cheese.

Following the advice of Montbell city store, I took a 2 year old Montbell bag with a handle that was falling apart (held together by tape) in for warranty assessment. The bag was taken by Montbell chatswood staff, no receipt was given. I was not contacted. I rang twice the following week and was told the bay was not covered by warranty. The bag was not returned to me.

I have puffer jacket and am so over the pockets getting jammed with zip. Seriously for the cost and value this should not be happening..! issue has been ongoing since I brought Jacket to travel and trek in Nepal..!

Incredible Rain Jacket. Kept me dry during a storm. I was hiking Cape To Cape in WA. Definitely recommend. Lightweight, breathable and good length.
