We purchased a 4000 bed in 2015. We loved the bed initially and the sales process was great. BUT we moved in 2016 and somewhere somehow the power adapters for the adjustable frame was lost.

We've contacted them 3 times and each time we were told we'd get an email with the price lists and options. Never received anything.

We called about the bed 6 months ago and there has been no response. The bed is garbage. The middle of the bed has ZERO support and they said the warranty won't cover it.

What's the point in having a warranty if they don't honor it?

Great initial experience. Follow up is absolutely nonexistent.

Best Furniture in SD. Michelle is wonderful. NOT pushy!!!! Pushy salesman makes me NOT want to buy. Wonderful service. We will for sure want to make all our purchases through Montgomery's and Michelle!

Excellent service! The sales lady was very informative and helpful! She was very patient with us until our decision was made on which mattress we wanted. We definitely will continue to do business with the Montgomery's store in Madison!

Wonderful selection; always new furniture and decorating ideas; have worked with Nita for several years now; she is so helpful; she works to understand what we like and remembers colors and details of our rooms so she can make suggestions as she sees something that fits our style.

Had to call to find out when my furniture was going to be delivered. Evidently the paperwork was missing something...how long before someone was going to call?? The delivery people did an excellent job.

I had a very good experience!! Kelli was very helpful. She came out to our house and was very helpful. Helping by giving me some different fabrics to choose from. And giving me time to choose.

My salesperson was extremely helpful as I was choosing my purchase. She also kept me well informed during the production phase. After delivery, she again was there to answer any questions I had and to make sure I was completely satisfied. I definitely enjoyed working with her and Montgomery's from start to finish!

Michelle was so patient and helpful I appreciated all she did to help with this purchase.

I had stopped by Montgomerys store in Madison to look at a piece of kitchen furniture. I have bought floor rugs, furniture, patio furniture and more in this store. I have always been treated with a smile. A young woman asked if she could help me. I asked about options on holding or ordering a piece of furniture. This young woman proceeded to lecture me on what the rules were. I asked to speak with the manager. She said even if I spoke with the manager nothing would be different. I left feeling that this store did not deserve any more of my money. Eric Sinclair came outside to talk to me before I left. He was genuinely concerned and helped to gain my trust back for this store. Eric is an incredible person. Montgomerys will always have my business and recommendations. Thank you.

We were greeted right away when we walked in. Sara asked if we had been there before. We said we had. She immediately asked if there was a sales person we preferred to work with. Right there we felt she wasn't out for a sale but to actually see if she could help us. We told her what we were looking for. She showed us a couple options & we were sold! We didn't feel pressured at all. We asked a lot of questions & she answered them all with options not "pressure". We were in a while ago for a sectional & had great service at that time too!! We will definitely be going back when we need something else.

Great service and suggestions. I will shop there again.

I absolutely love visiting your store in Watertown. The gorgeous displays of furniture, and the designer gals are so helpful. I have had the privilege to work with Jamie on several accounts and she is awesome. I definitely tell everyone I see to shop at Montgomerys!

Our lady was great. I was unsure about my purchase right away and asked about specials/deals. Because of the $100 off she said they were running on certain purchases, I decided to purchase the table and all 4 stools. She was also very helpful regarding the discussion on delivery (which we ended up not needing). I would definitely shop again!
