Product and pricing was generally fair

Product and pricing were generally fair. Had some concerns about consultant’s knowledge of product options. Worked with management to address concerns. Overall, pleased with our experience.

My experience turned out better than I…

My experience turned out better than I thought it would. Connie helped me with a chair and ottoman that I had purchased 2-3 years ago and I was very impressed with the outcome. I also had an issue with the trim on my couch and Zach came to my home and fixed it in less than thirty minutes. He was a pleasure to work with. I will shop at Montgomery's for any future furniture needs that I might have.

Great selection and affordable prices, however, the overall purchasing experience was filled with disappointments.

We found a sectional and a king bed frame/stand that we loved. Both items were clearance and marked as "Last One". We purchased, as in credit card was charged, both items and also ordered an ottoman that in a fabric matched the pillows of the sectional on a Saturday. The associate also informed us that delivery times may be a while out due to a sale they recently had.

After the transaction, our associate attempted to call the delivery team, but they had left for the day. We were told they would call on Monday to schedule a time.

Roughly two hours later, our associate called and informed us that the king bed frame/stand we had paid for was already sold and we would not be able to have it. I expressed my disappointment with her news and the fact that this was allowed to happen; however, she encouraged us that she would find other options and make this right and would present them to us Tuesday.

My wife finally called Wednesday to inform the associate the delivery team never called, to which they said, "We just had a sale and they are very busy.", which was a different message than we were initially given. She also inquired about the other options she had found, but the associate said, "There really are no other options in your price range." We understood the frame/stand we purchased was a very good deal; however, we also expected at least an effort to rectify this issue and feel as though no effort was made.

We were refunded our purchase price, and after a bit of negotiation, a portion of the protection plan we also purchased in the initial transaction. I was also informed that the fabric we had paid extra for on our ottoman was not going to work as well as advertised. I'm glad we were informed; however, at this point it was just salt in the wound. We instead chose to match the ottoman to the sectional.

We are very satisfied with the sectional and ottoman, but the road to here was a rocky one. And I can't say I will never shop at Montgomery's again, but it won't be my first stop.

Great customer service!

Michelle was very kind and helpful! She wasn't pushy, which I was thankful for, and she allowed my husband and me enough space to decide what was best for us rather than trying to up-sale us!

Amazing service

We had a very pleasant experience while shopping for a new bed. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us the time we needed to try out and think about each of our mattress choices.

Wonderful shopping experience
