Scam company.

I ordered a handbag a few weeks ago, I’ve had a few emails from them saying my order is on its way . I have no tracking number to check . I emailed them and got the email is not valid . Now I realised it’s a scam. What can be done about this company from China of course. They have so many emails not valid. So I think checking this companies first before we buy .

This is a scam

This is a scam. Beware, just because it has the word Melbourne in their title doesn't mean they're an Australian company. (Check for the 'au' after .com) The website is very good but their products are crap. When i emailed them about a return it was no problem but all returns to back to China at buyers expense. (Au $40). Anyway I could go on but in summary Don't go near them! I also notice some other websites very similar with Brisbane and Sydney written in the company name. Very misleading and c they're all a scam?

Buyer beware

Buyer beware
Monti Melbourne, as the name does NOT suggest, is a Chinese company (city - Ningbo, province- Zhejiang) waiting to take your hard earned Australian Dollars in return for products that are extremely poor quality. Furthermore their return policy is a work of fiction.  I foolishly thought I was purchasing quality products from a Melbourne retailer. But what I should have done instead was got my $160 and put it through the office shredder.

This company is a con

Agree with all other reviews. This company totally based in China. Don't buy anything from this company or a number of other companies using the same photos including Aussie wear. Tell your friends not to use them . I bought a dress supposed to be linen. Came and was 100% polyester. They wouldn't refund only if I sent it back for $40. Who knows if they would actually refund. Just don't buy from them!

Scam-Items don't match descriptions

Ordered "Linen" shirts - received "100% Polyester" shirts.

2 other shirts were different cuts and colours than pictured or advertised; returns required "postage direct back to China" with a cost of 80% of the value of the purchases.

Agree 100% with previous reviews

Agree 100% with previous reviews, this operation is a complete scam. The shirt I received, which was advertised as "premium cotton" was made of some nasty polyester and had no care instructions attached (contrary to Australian law). Automated responses from the support email; no hope of meaningful refund.
Daylight robbery, we need regulation to shut down such blatant scams

Monti Melbourne should be ashamed of…

Monti Melbourne should be ashamed of themselves. Sending incorrect sizing then expect me to pay approximately $40 to return my product for either exchange or return. This is nearly as much as the product itself. 🤬🤬🤬

Monti.Melbourne scam!

This site is a total rip off & fraudulent as I bought 3 cotton shirts as advertised & upon receiving them -they are polyester & awful quality & not what I ordered. They then stated it would be $40 to return these shirts or take nothing & they will plant a tree instead for the planet!
A well thought out con-there is no shop front in Australia as implied by the business name Monti.Melbourne. It is all run from China & needing to jump through several hoops for any chance of a refund. So future things to check would be-business register in Australia & contact details etc phone number & check independent reviews prior to purchasing & length of time in business.

Scammed by cheap rubbish and falsely labelled orthopaedic shoe advertising

Scammed! Complete rubbish! No support in ‘orthopaedic’ shoes. Cheap and nasty canvas and vinyl. Could have bought better at any discount variety store. Really a pair of $3 things would offer more support. Roughly cut fabrics on top of cheap solid foam. Return will be difficult because sending it back to a China address @ own cost for refund. Paid $75. Run away from this

Scam operating under different names

Clicked on an ad for a cotton 2 piece set, then got suspicious and did not buy. Now on my Instagram I have multiple ads from different named companies all using the same ad and pictures for the cotton set. Clearly a scam!

Other names are:
Monti Melbourne
Sage and bloom
Valero Sydney
Adelyn Melbourne
Wilson Melbourne
Youkhanis hermina

I just received a scam product from…

I just received a scam product from China, completely different to the one I assumed I was buying online. The top is deplorable, a thin baggy printed tshirt of the cheapest fabric. Laughable. Buyer beware I guess. They ought to be ashamed. And for $45 (on sale). Joke.

Do not go near this scam.

A scam from China

A scam from China. Not from Melbourne. Trying to leach off a legitimate clothing store called Monti Boutique. Can only return to an address in rural China that does not make sense (presumably so if the package is lost it’s not their fault). The same return address appears in other disreputable online clothing websites around the world.
