Lovely tumble dryer. Just what l was looking for. It holds quite a lot. I got 2 bath sheets & 1 smaller towel in . I need it to refresh my towels when they go hard after drying outside. The 10 min drying time is ideal for this.
We’ve put the dryer onto a board with wheels for easy moving. 2 years warranty when done online. Delivered 2 days early which was exceptional.

3 years of low use and heating element needed replacing. Less than 4 years and the bearings went. Emailed Montpellier and they weren't interested and said it was up to the retailer. Do not purchase!

The tumble dryer MONTPELLIER MTDC8SDW 8 kg Condenser Product code: 551838 at £329.00 is great. I remove the condensation water and fluff in its baskets every two washes. It is very quiet, good design and easy to use and plug.

We purchased the extractor to replace a similar one that we have had for over 20 years.
The new one is fine but nothing like the quality of the old one, hood and chimney are very light metal.
Does the job.

The appliance is good looking and appears to be solid. I am still waiting for it to be installed so I can't say how good it will be when used, but I feel it will be very good

Very pleased with my new fridge freezer

Dreadful customer service. Bought a Montpellier integrated dishwasher for a new kitchen, it was missing the fitting kit to attach the door. I offered to collect one from Montpellier in Tewkesbury, as fitter was waiting for it. They had none in stock so ordered one, which failed to arrive two days running. When I threatened to return DW to retailer they located a kit in eight minutes - they took it from another DW sitting in their warehouse. Pity they didn't do that straight away instead of messing me around.

All delivered as expected. Runs really quietly, don’t think I’ve heard it make a noise. Have set up my warranty with ease, received follow up phone call with option to extend. Decided to decline as first time I’ve had an integrated fridge/freezer and I really don’t like it. Would never choose one again, having said that they look far nicer in your kitchen of course, but I’d have separate appliances as the fridge is so ridiculously high. I need a little stool to see at the back of the top shelves and it’s not easy to take a large milk (4 pints) out the door as it’s so high you have to lift and pull which affects my arthritic shoulders

The Montpellier chest freezer we bought from Curry’s was delivered on time and by very courteous drivers. However on later inspection the back panel was found to be a little distorted and the instruction book written in a way that made it difficult to understand the controls instructions.
Since being contacted by Becky at Montpellier directly, I was sent a link to a very helpful YouTube video giving full instructions.

I found it difficult to install on my own, it would really take two people.
The main disappointment is the noise, which is exacerbated by the filter. The filter needs to be secured better or at least insulated around the edges, as it vibrates.
It could be better and upon reflection I should have waited and sourced another Siemens, Bosch or NEC. They're more expensive but quieter and probably longer lasting.

The main reason I bought this cooker is that the main oven temperature can be set very high, up to 280°C and that the brackets holding the shelves are not surrounded by catalytic linings, allowing more hot air and steam to circulate around. I thought these two features would be great for baking french baguettes, and indeed my first attempt was a great success.
