Absolutely useless. The watch gps was completely out so I instantly returned it. I have been emailing for over a month to cancel the sim plan and I am still having payments taken from my account and no response to any emails

Just a way to lose your money they are unable to fix any mistake and you will be lucky if they reply to your email I do not advise anyone to buy these watches I bought two of them for my sons and I regretted it a lot.

I followed the link given to activate the sim and it brought me to a UK page, I paid and activated the sim and then saw that there was an option to sign up and activate through an Irish page, giving an Irish number. I deregistered the device from the app and sent an email asking for it to be swapped over. Now the device is in limbo and I cant register it on the app. Its next day and still haven't heard anything from them.

Bad customer service, bad watches. Brought an odyssey didn’t work had it replaced, replacement doesn’t work, paid for the first month plan which is useless because I can’t use it. Put a review up as no emails were being answered. They finally replied to my first review saying upon checking they had replied, yes they replied at the same time they answered the review. Like I said bad customer service and bad watch!!!!
Watch is Dead, App Sucks, Battery wouldnt even last a school day. SO DIFFICULT TO CONTACT

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with Moochies and their handling of my recent return. Despite returning the watch as per the instructions and sending multiple emails to confirm the return, No one even have courtesy to reply the email, Moochies has continued to deduct money from my account for their sim plan which I am not using.

If I could give the Moochies Connect Smartwatch 0 stars, I would.
I bought this watch because I have an SEN child, who often wonders and we've just moved to a new area so I was worried about him getting lost - this watch, despite my updating it's software, and refreshing the location repeatedly - is telling me my son is nowhere near where he actually is! I received multiple notifications today, telling me he had left the "safe zone" when he was sat right next to me at home, very much IN the safe zone - after paying £20+ to activate the sim, I have been the only person able to call him, through the Moochies app - and his watch hasn't been able to call anyone except me either - the messaging function is limited, having to have full conversations in emojis....
All in all, he has had this watch less than two days and I'll be glad to see the back of it.
The app was a nightmare to set up and "bind" to the watch - the QR code reader on the app took ages to work, sent a message about this but never got a response.
I can't see that if he can't call, text and his location is wholly inaccurate that this is anywhere near worth the £17 odd a MONTH they are asking for. Cancelled, and I advise nobody else waste their money!

The watch rarely works. You wont get half a day out of the battery. Besides wasting your money on the watch, you then have to pay a monthly fee for the sim card when it doesnt work. More times then not it wont ring! On the rare occasion it does work there is a delay. The gps location is never correct. Very dissapointed with this product.

Purchased moochies watch, signed up for sim plan, followed all instructions and the watch will not make or receive calls. Attempted to reach customer service on 2 occasions with all details 3 days ago and no response received. No phone number to reach them either.

a very disappointing product, we purchased the watch last year (2023) for our daughter to use during the summer. It worked intermittently. I tried to top up the watch again on 6th July 2024 to give it another go but now it can't find a network. I contacted moochies on 6th July and got the automated response which i replied to on the 8th july. It's now 16th July and I have still heard nothing from customer services. My request number is (334367) **Update** Thank you moochies for replying after I posted here. The solution to send the watch to the UK to get the sim card is not a viable option from Ireland. Perhaps this service will work in the UK but not for Irish customers.

Updated with ticket numbers (and if this doesn't say something about persistent issues I don't know what does) that were already raised and not resolved are 330174 and 334938 at moochie request. Previous issues that were raised to have a replacement device, that still does not work were 317963 and 320404. The request for returning the watch and getting a refund, based on continual poor performance and issues, despite repeated attempts to get the device working adequately has not yet been resolved.
We had a really bad experience with the moochie connect watch, it continually kept showing my son appearing in China (we live in Scotland) and when not showing him as in China, the location accuracy was about 1mile (1.5km) which is well outside of the village we live in.
We also found frequent issues with the watch/app syncing requiring us to reset and loose the photo's data my son had on his watch, including one complete failure that resulted in us having to return the watch for a replacement, that despite needing to effectively create a new account from scratch, with a new phone number for the watch, unfortunately seemed to have the same issues.

Awful product, non existent customer service.
Bought the watch, sim number didn’t work, contacted customer service, no contact number just email which I was responded to 7 days later, thought this meant I would get somewhere. The received a reply another day or so later, offering me a ‘free’ service in which they would get me to send the watch back, for them to fix the problem for them to send the watch back out. It has already been over two weeks since I’d bought it. Very old fashioned and cheap quality. Sent it back and will not be buying again.

They advertise 24/7 Live chat support on their website, but when you try to find it you will realise it doesn't exist. They don't even reply to emails within 24 hours, instead you get an automatic response asking you to confirm details which include asking for your email address (seems bizarre given that I just emailed them so surely they can read?)
Product is not user friendly for 5 year old, I'm 42 and I couldn't get back to the homepage on the watch as there is no back or home button and the swipe controls rarely work as you would want them to.

We cannot get the watch to connect for over 2 weeks. Paid activation cost, worked for a week, now cannot get it to work, cannot find any help on-line and even get errors on the website when trying to send message asking for help. So frustrating.
