So far, Mooch Sofas have been brilliant. They have kept us informed about the progress of our order since we placed it and worked hard to ensure we weren't left without a sofa (as our current one from a different provider/shop had to be returned). They fulfilled their promise and the lovely new Pacha sofa arrived bright and early 3 weeks after we ordered it - we're very happy! The quality looks brilliant, the colour is great and the sofa looks super comfy. The free footstool offer is so generous! The footstool is big and looks brilliant, too. So far, so good. Would highly recommend. The customer service team have been outstanding.

I tried to contact them via their chat, contact page, or email, never got any answer. I also ordered some free swatches, didn't receive them yet... Not sure if anyone is working in this company. 👻

Mooch sofas have provided an excellent customer experience from the start. They sent out samples very quickly, answered any questions I had very quickly and the delivery service was fab!

The sofa is custom made and it’s absolutely stunning! It’s the best sofa I’ve ever had and we had the matching foot stool which is lovely. The delivery service were very polite and respect of our home.
