The WhatsApp chat is very handy, messages were answered relatively quickly. The only criticism was that the person was chatting to did come across quite blunt,a little more warmth would be nice.

Created by Abi Selby, Spabreaks.com is a spa booking service working with more than 1300 spa destinations in the UK and overseas and arranging spa days and breaks for up to 6,000 people each week. From a small team of three, we have grown to a family of more than 90 members of staff with an office of knowledgeable spa consultants in Brighton. But those are just the numbers. Spabreaks.com's founding principle was to make the world of spa more accessible to anybody and everybody who wanted to go. We wanted to bring back the ancient purpose of spas as places of sanctuary for mind and body. We wanted to showcase the variety of spa experiences available to every individual, occasion, location and preference. Crucially, we wanted to make spas more accessible to anyone with a major health problem or disability, and work with industry leaders to make sure that anyone who had previously felt marginalised never feels that way again. Over the past decade, that’s exactly what we’ve done. We believe in the many positive benefits of spa experiences and that they can and should be available to help the health and wellbeing of everybody. That’s why we are working to make spas accessible and enjoyable for every body by providing an unrivalled choice of spas and spa packages, through first class service and convenience for all of our customers. Our ‘spa break for every body’ ethos is central to what we do. When we started Spabreaks.com, spas were often seen as the domain of women with too much money and too much time on their hands, and that they were for a stereotypical ‘body beautiful’. We believe that spa experiences are for real benefit to all of us and that spas are places where everyone should feel safe and looked after. We believe they are for everyone at every age, gender, weight and state of wellness, and that there are experiences, treatments and destinations that everybody and every body can enjoy. Poor experience I would not recommend, go direct to the spa - this service is pointless. Basically they allowed me to book a spa day when there was very limited availability for treatments and a 4.5 space between treatments - no availability to have lunch together. Very stressful and Spa breaks offer no assistance. I would nt recommend spa breaks.
Jessica Hack was my assistant, she was exceptional, very respectful, patient and willing to help at all times
One of the Spabreaks specialist Drew Leigh was extremely helpful & professional in sorting out a group booking with the spa hotel & date that we wanted. Definitely recommend.
Spabreaks.com mis-selling gift vouchers -
I searched online for a spa package at Park Plaza Cardiff specifically for my wife as a gift, which advertised an offer via spabreaks.com. I clicked to book and purchased a package that included a massage (and other alternative treatment options), lunch and use of the facilities. It cost £153. The gift package arrived with instructions that specified the Park Plaza, Cardiff. When my wife decided to use her package there was no such Park Plaza listed on the website. I contacted spabreaks.com and asked for a refund so that I could book the same package directly with Park Plaza, Cardiff, which they refused and cited their disclaimer on their website. I explained that I went via a search engine that brought me to a page with no such disclaimer. They rejected my explanation - refusing to make a refund. I had to purchase another spa package for £130 - directly booked with Park Plaza, Cardiff for my wife as that spa was the intended gift. I am now left with this voucher that spabreaks.com mis-sold to me. I intend contacting Citizens Advice so this information can be passed on to Trading Standards, to consider taking further action for misselling these breaks. Save yourself the hassle and book your spa package directly.
Lani was extremely helpful & very friendly. 5 star customer service!
Lani was great! First experience ended up being unavailable, but she found alternative places and was lovely. Thank you.

I just called the Spa Breaks team and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with a Spa Specialist named Drew Leigh. From start to finish, Drew was incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.
They made the whole process seamless and enjoyable, and helped book a treatment for my sister and me that we’re both really excited about. It’s rare to come across such warm and attentive service. thank you, Drew, for making our experience so special!

I recently booked a spa day through SpaBreaks and was extremely disappointed with the experience that followed. Just a couple of days after making the booking, I found that the exact same spa day was available significantly cheaper when booked directly with the hotel.
I contacted SpaBreaks to see if they would offer any kind of price match, partial refund, or goodwill compensation, but they refused to match the price.
It’s very disappointing to pay extra for using a third-party booking service, only to find a significantly cheaper direct price shortly afterwards, with absolutely no flexibility offered.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling let down, and I will not be booking through SpaBreaks again.
Save yourself the hassle and book direct.

I needed to amend a booking with Spabreaks due to illness and I was helped almost immediately upon ringing. Bianka, a really friendly staff member, was able to contact the Spa hotel to rearrange my booking. I really appreciated the help, it has made the alteration easy and reassured me greatly, especially when anticipating that this change would be difficult. Thank you for your help!

Bianka went out of her way to be kind, understanding , patient and helpful. She sorted it all out for us even when my first attempt to book somewhere went a bit wrong. She went above and beyond. Thank you.

Booked a spa experience through Spabreaks at Christmas for early March and attempted to move the booking in advance due to medical reasons.
The venue confirmed they were happy to accommodate a change, however Spabreaks provided conflicting information and repeatedly delayed responses.
Despite multiple follow-ups, both the original booking date and the alternative date passed without resolution due to their handling of the situation.
The issue was escalated internally almost 2 weeks ago but still not resolved and communication has now stopped altogether. I'm having to resort to a chargeback from my Card provider to get a refund...
Extremely poor customer service and lack of accountability. Would not book through them again.
