Never received my order
Never received my order. Tried contacting the sellers multiple and have not received any responses to help resolve the matter. Extremely disappointed with the communication on their end. My package was delivered to the wrong address which I had proof to verify it and they still have done nothing to help.

AVOID. Charged but no product or confirmation email, no refund and terrible customer service
Do not buy from this company. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but my experience with Mood Essential Oils has been terrible, and I can see from recent reviews that I'm not the only one.
I ordered a product from them a month ago and the money left my bank account, but I never received a confirmation email or dispatch notification, and I never received the product. I did receive a completely empty package at one point via Evri, but I'm not sure whether this is connected as I don't know which courier MEO uses.
I contacted the company via their web contact form and received no response. I left a one-star review on the product listing page, which was deleted. Finally, I emailed them and got quite a blunt response – it's now been 11 days since my last email to them and I've not heard back. I've also not been refunded.
All I can do at this stage is to leave a bad review and strongly advise people not to waste their time or money on Mood Essential Oils.
