I placed an order for 2 lemongrass and eucalyptus oils and only received one. I’ve emailed several times and have to this day, still not received a response but my money has been taken. Not happy

Horrible smells, maybe I’ve just chose two that I don’t like. But either way everyone who smells it doesn’t like it when they come to my house.

No measurements on the bottle and feel it was a smaller measurement than purchased. Quite disappointed.

Package arrived damage, glass bottles wrapped together.
Promised new replacement still not arrived. The team in this company need improve communication, time keeping. Have to call them, because they don't reply to my emails.

I never received my oils, i emailed the company and they replied with Royal Mail must of lost them, they offered to send them out again, I still not received them a month later, I have asked for a refund twice to which i have had no response.
STILL AWAITING MY REFUND.

I ordered 2 oils, I received 1 really quickly but the other one didn’t turn up. After I sent numerous emails I have been refunded for both oils and today received replacements for both oils.
I am happy with this outcome and will use this company again.

A very disappointing experience with this company. The sandalwood oil is definintely not real. Sandalwood has a very distinctive sweet, woody scent and is a thick, yellowish viscous oil. The one I purchased doesn't look or smell like sandalwood. It doesn't give the latin name on the bottle but on the website it said santalum album, although this has since been deleted. I don't know about the other oils I purchased, whether they are just better imitations or real.

People purchase essential oils for their therapeutic qualities and use them topically or via inhalation, so selling fake oils poses a real hazard to customers. When I raised my concerns with the company they just said it is real oil. It very clearly isn't. Then they said that 'We hold SDS and Allergen sheets for all our oils and can be found in the document section.' However, they nowhere to be found on their website and when I asked where to find them as the documents sections on the oils pages are empty, my question was ignored twice. They offered a refund but I have to send the oils back at my own expense so I still end up out of pocket for purchasing fake essential oil. Horrible experience and customer service.

Excellent quality and grade. I purchased peppermint, cedar wood and lavender essential oils. They were all excellent, all proved to be of very good quality and grade. I will recommend these products any day. I will purchase again. Highly Impressive.
