Disappointing Customer Service

This was my first time ordering from Moodings. I was informed that the item had a delivery time of up to 14 days - I simply asked if it would reach me in time before I flew out. Rather than answer my question - she cancelled my order. This was not something I had asked to be done. Unfortunately one of the worst shopping experiences ever. Customer service needs to learn to read the question being asked before they cancel orders without asking the customer. Not cool or acceptable.
