Efficient and very fast delivery
It was very fast delivery. I have ordered a big floor mirror. In the website it was written that it is in stock and will be delivered in 1-2 days, and this actually happen with no problems !

Highly Incompetent (& Rude)
Highly Incompetent.
I ordered a set of 4 glasses from Moodings. It took them 6 weeks to get the delivery shipped. Once it arrived, one of the glasses was broken & I asked them either a new set or a refund of the set of 4-glasses as I needed the whole set & buying a single glass was not an option. Moodings did nothing to assist on their mistake neither replied to my message to explain the reason behind.

My order has still not been delivered after 2 months..
I have ordered two Royal Copenhagen plates over 2 months ago and have not received them yet. The only answer I get, is that there are delivery problems from the manufacturer, but I have seen many other shops which can deliver on time. Therefore, I have cancelled the order now and got the plates from another shop.

I ordered at moodings for the past…
I ordered at moodings for the past years and was always very satisfied. Now after Christmas I ordered a lot of things in their sale, including some plates and other ceramics that were missing in my kitchen. All arrived in good shape, except the plates that were completely smashed. I contacted customerservice twice with pictures since and they have not gotten back to me.
