Don’t even have my order. Customer service not even responding

Product quality is great but my order information delayed to receive. I sent an emails to ask about where is my order or my order status and usually respond back quickly, but I don’t receive any answers back from customer service, just received order status. It seems forgot my order to start to process. No answer for customer?? Disappointed this time.

It's an amazing store and really amazing products. Moodylenses is my go to contact store because of their safety, their quality and their quantity. They have a variety of colored contacts with different shapes, sizes, and colors that are really comfortable for long time wear.

I’ve been a customer of Moodylenses since 2020 and their customer services always is the best. They’re very communicative and pretty responsive which I think is their strength. Recently but not too recent, I ordered another lenses and had to waited for almost 4 months due to shipment. It’s a long story but my point is only after I reached out to Moodylenses customer support, I received my orders. One way of another, I’m satisfied with Moodylenses!

10/10 for all the lenses I bought!! I’m a long time contact wearer so I choose lenses that don’t obscure my vision & was sure to read the details about each one. My favorites are the Stardew (it has little pieces of glitter that make your eyes look like they have a subtle glow) & the “glow lock” blue one. All lenses were a little bigger than I’m used to so maybe a little harder to get out of your eye but super comfortable and I’m able to wear them all day at work. They also look much more natural than ones I’ve bought here in America.

Been returning customer of many years, I always love fun and natural looking unique colors that moody offers.

Generally I always have good experience with sales offer, ordering process and product delivey.

Recently I had one bad experience with my order during 11.11 sales, it took about 1.5 months for the order to arrive. Was not very pleasant experience with it but the team took some recovery action for it. I hope it was also taken as good opportunity to prevent such event from repeating to anybody.

Looking forward to continue wearing more pretty lenses

Really bad experience with customer service, I contacted them in 4 times to the support@moddylenses with my order number, that was confirmed and I have the confirmation number 31788 with the charge to my credit card, and I never received any answer back, even to tell me that the item was out of stock or to refund my money. But you write a bad review and they are fast to answer back telling to clarify bla bla bla, they never contact me back even in the spam or junk email or alternative emails. So don’t lose or waste your money, better find a different places where to buy colored contacts.

Fast delivery, well presented, exactly as described, the prescription was exactly as I ordered. The only thing was that the colour on my brown eyes seems darker than I assumed from the photos but that is just personal not the company’s fault. I will certainly buy again.

The team is incredibly understanding and communication is stellar. my product went out of stock and they patiently assisted me until i was able to be satisfied with my purchase.

After trying the monthly and 6month lenses my eyes felt so uncomfortable and dry and burns a bit after 30minutes and for the monthly lenses once I put them in they were so uncomfortable and drying. I have tried so many other brands cheap to expensive and none of them have been an issue to my eyes cause my eyes are not naturally sensitive or dry but this brand dries my eyes dry please don’t buy from here especially the monthlies cause it will dry your eyes and it’s super uncomfortable. Even though I practiced hygiene and take care of my lenses very well and soaked them for 8 hours it’s still burns a bit and it’s very very drying and very uncomfortable. I hope this message gets to people who haven’t bought from this specific brand. Don’t waste your money pls if not you’ll regret it like me. Opt for other brands 🙏😭

I have been using Moody lenses either no problems.
Recently I have purchased wrong size. They happily exchanged the order for didfeeent size for me.

I wrote to them in instagram about a question and replied within HOURS! Fast customer service! Although i didn’t apply for their gift promotion due to my mistake of not reading the fine print, they still went their way to send me a random gift and a discount code as well!!

10/10!!! Will be coming back! 💖

Saw Moody Lenses advertised on Instagram, and I feel like buying from IG and TikTok is always a risk; however, I have ordered from Moody Lenses twice and both packages were delivered on time and packaged professionally.
