Excellent service from outset to receiving the Vanmoof product. Would highly recommend for efficiency and top service.

Item not delivered several weeks after ordering. Responded on chat with incomplete information and never followed up as promised. I will raise a chargeback with my bank. Very disappointing.

My S3 charger shorted on Wednesday evening and fried itself. Searched online and found MoofMender at the top of google, ordered a replacement with express delivery. Afterwards had a wobble and came here to check the shop reviews to find some worrying examples of poor experiences. However, new charger arrived this morning (Saturday after ordering) and is working great. Can't fault the speed of delivery and has got me back out on the road. Credit where credit is due, I say. Thanks for the speedy service.

I bought the brakes for my bike on February 17th and until now they haven't sent the tracking email and I've sent several emails and they never responded.

These are scammers! Avoid! I ordered back in December and only received half of what I ordered. After trying to contact them over 9 times I was then lied to eloquently about how they’d be sending next day. TWICE! I’ve now given up. Useless human beings. It could have been a good business if run properly.

No tracking, no communication, no shipment. This is the worst shop, how is this still a thing.

I ordered a chain guard piece more than 2 months ago, and I still haven’t received anything. I first got an email stating that the order had been sent, but after not receiving anything in the following weeks I reached out to them. I then got an email saying that they would send a replacement the next day via an express - and trackable - courier, but they never sent me the tracking code and nothing has ever arrived. I have reached out to them multiple times with no reply, and no way to get a refund. Do not order from here, it’s a scam.

Edit: Another two months and no order, reply or refund in sight!

Ordered a charger 'in stock' and ready for dispatch - money accepted no problem

But no charger, no answer to emails or calls and worrying reviews online.

Having written a 1 star review a week ago, I have updated this today because the new charger has now arrived and all is well! A bit more responsiveness would up this to a 5 star review, but radio silence is worrisome when you read some of the other reviews. Happy outcome!

Made 2 orders for a charger and brake pads 2 months ago neither received and no response.

I should have got my S5 charger a full month ago. In the meanwhile, they also don't respond to their support email address.

Today, I have given them a final deadline for refunding, or I need to contact my credit card company.

As with many on here, I made an order. Only received a response at the last minute through paypal disputes. they were responsive and promised they had shipped it - they hadnt. Just trying to avoid the paypal withholding funds. Absolute scam

I made an order in August which never came.
The seller lied about it and sent it has been sent.
Do not order from them...

I've made an order at MoofMender at the end of September, now (end of December) I haven't received anything and there is no response to emails, chats etc, from MoofMender. Seems like a scam, avoid!!
