Moonacy.io Lunacy (Complete Scam and Rug Pull)

Myself and 1000's of other globally have been left emotionally devastated and financially ruined due to Moonacy.io pulling the rug late May / early June 2025. Since January, authoritative online media outlets, major crypto exchanges, YouTubers, Twitter and Telegram posts continued to promote the legitimacy of this company. I invested, could see my returns and could make withdrawals. Nearing the end of May 2025, customer support wasn't responsive, and a withdrawal request I made was left pending. Global media attention is needed to put the spotlight on these scammers. We are talking multi-millions in funds drained out of the crypto system. Please make a post if you have been scammed by Moonacy.io (especially if you are in Australia). Class action lawsuit is what is needed here.

It's nothing more than a trap for people looking to get involved in crypto, and it will end up costing you more than just money — it will waste your time and energy. Avoid it at all costs! They should be caught by Chasunah Ltd if they will not return the money to the people.

I was overly confident with the earnings I made over the past 4 months of my first 16k investment. I then decided to book the prime package of 50k n now iv lost everything. Im still trying to keep myself sane n not allow depression to take me over as this was all I had. I blame myself for going all in. I still pray that the appropriate authorities can help in recovering our funds. I can still track the movement of the funds from the deposit address and they are moving alot of money around. A life lesson learned big time.

Pay attention to where you put your crypto

Hi guys,
I'm one of those who got ripped off by Moonacy. My fault because I should have paid more attention, assessed better who was behind them, what security they offered. I was fooled by the fact that they were highly publicised on social media. What I want to tell you now. I read a lot of comments from people who are testing other fixed and passive income services on cryptocurrencies. My suggestion is always to be careful. I am not saying that they are not reliable regardless. But whoever offers these services, besides having a regular and registered company, should put their face to it, offer serious guarantees. Precisely to prevent it from happening again. Good safe day to all.

It's been over three weeks since I requested repayment and now their website is down. I am unsure I will ever see my money again. It's a good thing to work with a firm that genuinely values its investors. VastReach has truly set the standard for care. I am confident in the direction I have chosen.

They are scammers. They paid no money that they promised. Plus my principal is gone. They keep saying there working on it and know the website doesn't work.

Moonacy Protocol Is a Scam – And Crypto Sensei Helped Promote It

I got scammed by Moonacy Protocol, and I was referred to it by none other than Crypto Sensei. I used to trust his channel and thought he actually did research. Turns out he’s either totally clueless or completely complicit. Moonacy was a straight-up rug pull, and people lost real money because of it.

What’s worse is that Crypto Sensei kept pushing it like it was the next big thing, probably while knowing damn well it was a rug pull waiting to happen. Either he’s in on it, or he’s too lazy to do proper research before shilling garbage to his audience. Either way, it’s unacceptable.

To anyone still following this guy: wake up. He’s part of the problem. Whether he’s getting paid to promote scams or just doesn’t care, he’s led people straight into a trap. Unfollow him, unsubscribe, and stop giving clout to people who push trash like Moonacy.

Stay far away from Moonacy Protocol and anyone associated with hyping it. You’ve been warned.

Website unavailable?

So I invested some of my crypto into Moonacy when I listen to a video posted by Crypto Sensei. Had no issues . Withdrew my 1st initial investment. Then around May I experienced a "website unavailble" moment. That lasted for about 3 hours. Things were back to normal the website posted an update that they were updating their servers. Ok. Today 6/3/25 I logged in no problem. Then around 11 am I tried logging in and got the same unavailable website message. I have been trying to find some answers and havnt come across any updates. Very frustrating. One flaw is if they're updating their system they should email or reach out to their investors and give them a heads up.

Antoher Crypto Scam !!!

What is happening to Moonacy? By 2nd June 2025, I was able to logon and requested for a withdrawal but since withdrawal has not reached into my wallet so I checked and found that the website is also not responding. I no longer see it.

Previously they were telling to customers that they are integrating with a bigger exchange and some sites, the name of Coinbase also appeared with them so they took its leverage and disappeared with lots of money of the clients. They should be caught by Law Enforcement if they will not return the money to the people.

Total SCAM

Total SCAM ...
I have invested little over $14000 with them. I was able to withdraw until May 28th, nothing after and no response from their team from the chat.
I believe I (we all) have been scammed and nothing we can do about it.
For me, losing $14K has made a huge dint in my bag.
It is really bad and sad

Moonacy is in trouble

Yes I have the same issue. For me I have been withdrawing everyday since I started on 22 April 2025 to test the legitimacy and reliability of this platform.

However since 28 May 2025, they did not pay out my withdrawals even though it is minimal. Thank God that I did not go for the Moonacy Prime Superior or Multi Bridge Package as I was seriously contemplating to do so before 1 June 2025 but I was uncomfortable and thought that I should not proceed by trusting my gut feel as were some red flags.

I welcome Moonacy's response to this review but I believe this before 1 June 2025 deadline to subscribe is their last attempt to try and get more money from investors and at some stage do a runner. I hope no one did.

It is still advertise on their platform.

Moonacy Protocol probably a SCAM.

As most people have reported here, Moonacy Protocol have stopped allowing withdrawals and have removed the chat button from their APP and do not respond to emails.
So yes, it seems we have been scammed.

Withdrawals aren't happening

As of last week, 5/29 I have been waiting for 2 withdrawals. The chat box is gone and Not answering emails. If there's technical issues they should let people know. I only have $300 invested thankfully.
