Website says made in Europe -it’s made in China. Says OEKO TEX certified- it is not. Says the order will be delivered next week- more like two months. Satisfaction guaranteed is BULLSHEET. I ordered 3 sets of king sized sheets that don’t even fit the mattress & WARNING only have ONE pillowcase per set! I messaged to demand my money back bc I was not satisfied & the only thing addressed was the size. I was instructed to measure the sheets because the label doesn’t have size info (or origin info). THIS IS A CHINESE SCAM TO RIP AMERICANS OFF. I’m going through my CC company to get my refund.

They responded to my photo of the tag showing that I did not get king size sheets by asking me to measure the sheets and make a video. The also stated that the tag I showed them was a "washed" tag, which I think means that it contained care instructions. The response to the pillow case issue is, sorry we only sell pillow cases with the sheets and as stated you only get one pillow case per sheet set. But, my response was appreciated.....

Wrong size sheets sent. I ordered king and received "twin/full/queen". I received only one pillowcase with my king size set and have not been able to find a place on their website to order a second sheet. I did see that they state only one pillowcase given and wish I had seen that before I spent so much money. When I contacted customer service they assured me that I had gotten the correct sheets and that there is not sizing tag on their sheets. So, I took a picture of said tag and sent it to them. No mention of how to get another pillowcase, only a statement that it is clearly stated on the website that it is how their sets come. Basically the response was "sorry, not sorry" with no offer of help. I have included the response below:

Regarding the tags on the linens, I understand how this may have caused confusion. Please note that the label attached to each item is a care label, which provides washing and maintenance instructions. It does not indicate the product’s size. All of our linens carry the same care label, regardless of their dimensions. The original packaging, which included the size label, is typically removed during our inspection process prior to shipping to ensure quality.

As for the pillowcases, I completely understand your expectations. Our bedding sets are designed to include one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, and one pillowcase per set, as clearly listed on our website.

I really wish I had read the reviews because I received exactly what everyone complains about. Supposedly it’s a king size sheet, but does not fit a king size bed. Even the top sheet is small. They only sent one pillowcase instead of two. I’m so disappointed because they were not cheap at all

Not sure this is a legit company. Ordered product in October. Received a confirmation number. They charged my credit card but I never received anything. I don't think this is a trust worthy company.

I ordered a Queen set October 16, 2025. Heard nothing for about a month. Contacted Moon and Linen support 11-16-25 and was told that the item had been stolen. 5 days later I receive an email from FEDEX stating I owed almost $30 in fees and taxes. Not sure I want to pay for this. Seems like a scam.

I would give no star at all that I ordered October 6 and today is November 21 and I have not anything only one message from them but they've got my money so don't fool with them at all. It's a fraudulent company.

Buyer be aware, total scam.... it's been now 4 weeks I've placed my order, they have still not send the item even if their site says it in stock and will be delivered within 4 days. I've made a claim with PayPal, they are looking into it and will reimburse me if they do not get a reply in the next few days, would definitely tell anyone who bought from them through PayPal to do a claim as well

UPDATE - PAYPAL REFUND ME THE FULL AMOUNT, IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, MAKE A CLAIM THOUGHT PAYROLL TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK

Ordered Queen size linen set that was advertised as available on their website. One week after payment still no tracking/delivery advice. At almost one month later, after many emails they say my order was stolen, they have no stock. No refund available. No delivery. Scam.

Update: Moon and Linen sent me an email to contact GOFO. GOFO requires a tracking number. After several attempts, Moon and Linen will not provide a tracking number.
I such have read the reviews first. Now I'm out of 153.99.

I’m very disappointed in what I received from them. I had ordered, or thought I had ordered a king size set of sheets, on sale for $169.99. I received an email from them saying there would be a delay because something wasn’t to their standard. I should have paid more attention to the email which showed a queen size set of sheets, my fault for not catching that. But, when I finally received the sheet set and put in the wash machine there was only one (standard size) pillow case which I thought was odd for a supposed king size set. I looked at the tag on the sheets and to my amazement I now have twin/full/queen sheets.
The flat size I received measures 83” X 92”. That does not even cover the top of my king size bed.

You can go ahead and unfold the sheets to check the size directly, that’s perfectly fine.

The original packaging was a plastic bag labeled with the size, but since the packaging needs to be removed to inspect the item, the size label may no longer be attached.

Rest assured, the item you received is the correct King size as ordered.

ANY COMPANY IN THE U.S. KNOWS WHEN YOU BUY KING SIZE SHEET SET IT INCLUDES 2 KING SIZE PILLOW CASES!

I ordered two set of sheets October 23rd and as of today , I still haven’t received them 11/18 . I called between 25 or 30 times leaving messages…. No return. I emailed and emailed and finally got a reply , saying the can’t refund my money. STEER CLEAR from this company. It’s beyond frustrating

Essentially no returns. Sheets are not a standard CA king size and do not fit. I have to send them back to China, pay for it and no guarantees or you can get a 20% refund. SCAM

Another week has gone bye, and still I wait for my order.  This is ridiculous and very disconcerting.=.  How am I meant to believe my order is going to be forthcoming?      Still no TRACKING NUMBER -  Order placed on the 19 October, you state the order was stolen - I ask for a refund, and you inform me that :-  Please note that cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, orders are already registered and processed in our warehouse, and unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel them at that stage.    This does not make sense to me:-   The order has not been honoured, so how can it be registered and processed.   This is total BS.

No saving here, this looks like a scam, they have my money, and I do not have the order.

I also placed an order from this company and never received my order. When I emailed customer service, they replied saying that they will check on my orders, but that all they are doing...nothing.
Please don't buy from this company it's totally a scam.

I placed my order with Moon & Linen in Mid-October. They were very quick to accept the order (order # 27342), charge me, and send a confirmation email. Now, mid-November, a month later, I haven’t heard a word from them…no product delivery, no responses to my emails, nothing. I haven’t ever had to say this before on anything I’ve ordered but this seems obviously a total scam. They should be investigated and shut down imo.

I’m not impressed with the fabric of the linen sheets. The top sheet is rather short and they only send one pillowcase even if you buy a queen or a king size set, which is ridiculous. I will never buy from this company again.

MADE IN CHINA!!! Misleading advertising! Only 1 pillow case with king sized sheets. Sheets are way too small for a king sized bed and do not even fit over the pockets of a normal sized mattress. Please DO NOT BE SCAMMED by the fancy advertising. PLUS if you want to return. You have to call China for the address and then wait for a refund. They do offer you 20% discount instead of a return. What a JOKE. Please DO NOT BE SCAMMED like I was.

Incredibly frustrated with this company. And I see others have had the same issues. I ordered AND PAID for a king set of sheets. Received a queen set that was missing a pillowcase. I’ve reached out by phone and email at least six times over the past week with ZERO response.
So not only did I lose money, but I can’t even use what they sent me. DON’T BUY! Find a reputable company like Pottery Barn who actually offers customer service. PS if you call Moon and Linen’s 800 number it rings, picks up and says your call will be monitored and then it’s busy over and over and over for days. Sick about this. Be careful who you send your money too.

About 2 weeks after I ordered, I was notified that the new linen they received was not up to their standards and my order would be late. I have been trying to cancel my order. I have phoned, texted and contacted them through the Shop app. No response!!! Now I am disputing their charges.

I received my set of KING bedding from Moon & Linen. First off… ONE pillowcase. Secondly… the corner fitted pockets are only 9,5 inches deep!!! Definitely WILL NOT fit our modern mattress that needs a lot more room. I’m frustrated and just took them out of the box. Now… starts the fight to return them and get our money back 😞. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!
