I ordered sheets on october thirteenth and they haven't even been sent out yet. Says they ship in 1 to 5 days. I have sent multiple emails and they will not respond. So I'm pretty sure it's a scam company. Buyer beware!

This company is totally a scam. I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering but they put up a good "store front." I think they're banking on people forgetting they ordered.

It's a scam! I fortunately used American express card and they credited my account. I feel bad for people that are scammed by them. Always check before on trust pilot or better business bureau before buying.

This company has a high profile so don’t get engaged with them - They are always pushing the Product - that never arrives. They are scammers. Your goods will not arrive and you will be done out of your money.

This is definitely a scam! I paid almost $400 for two sets of linen sheets that were supposed to be delivered within 4 to 5 business days from the US according to their website. It is now been over three weeks. I have called the number on the website…the line is busy every time and leaving messages has made no difference. I’ve also sent several emails to info @moonandlinen dot com with no reply. The tracking number I do have thru Shopify looks like it’s coming from China so this “biblical quality European linen” product is an absolute lie.
I am now trying to get a refund, but I’m not very optimistic. I don’t know how a company like this can continue to promote on Shopify, Instagram and Facebook without getting shut down.

Sheets look good quality but sizing is a bit off and when ordering be aware of a Kingsize set only comes with ONE PILLOWCASE WTF!!!

This is a fake website. After ordering a set of sheets on FB that took payment without me entering a card number, I checked my email for verification of purchase. There was nothing. I got suspicious and checked the website the next day for answers and the contact option just loops around with a 'verify your human' notice. I called my bank to stop payment for any recurring charges.

Buyer beware. Avoid at all costs. I think the website is fake or has been compromised. They took payment from us, which showed it was taken from Switzerland. Do not trust this website or order anything.

Ordered one of the alleged bedding sets from their site based on their aggressive and convincing Facebook advertising. After a week of no shipping notifications, we emailed to find out when they plan to send our purchase..no response. At the 15 day point, my wife received an email notification containing a "tracking number" with no shipping carrier info. After research, I found that it's a Chinese shipping company and no package has been given to them for that tracking number. Paypal reveals that any inquiries should be directed to Naturesours who has many customers with the same kind of no shipping complaints here on TrustPilot. Moon and Linen advertising is laced with Biblical references and endorsements to build your trust and tells you to only buy European flax linen. Looks like they are selling a Chinese product. Bait and switch is an unlawful practice in the USA. Pursuing getting our money back now.
