Complete scam, unlawful business practice. No refunds nor is the merchandise delivered, That is called robbery
Complete scam. Bought a lighter and after 2+ months the item has not arrived. The shipping service just answers with an automated response saying it will notify when anything new is available. The vendors customer support does the same thing, they say they get in touch with the shipping people and get the same answer as I do, which they then transfer to me. There is a no refund option. Total scam. beware of these people,do not buy anything fomr them. The exactly same article bought at Amazon took 2 days to be delivered. They just take your money and should be reported to any better business beaureaue. They also go by the name of KEEP-RINGBACK.COM as the chinese vendor

Bought a lighter, not only did it take ages to arrive but when it arrived it didn’t work. I complained four times and when they (eventually) replied all they kept telling me is ‘you need to put gas in it’. So not only have they stole my money and sent me a useless product, they’re also insulting my intelligence and taking zero responsibility for the situation. Stay well away from this company!
