Firstly the product arrived a day late and therefore was not delivered to be available on day of the birthday. The cards arrived on time. I thought it was an expensive item but as it was for sons birthday, I would just buy it. But wouldn't pay the price again

This was expensive for what it was and I had no other option than to send it recorded delivery at £4.99. Okay some might say at least it got there safely, but the second gift I sent you charged me £4.99 as well that's over £10 for delivery including the card. I won't be buying gifts off moonpig again.

This was a brilliant present for a 12 year old boy who had just been made a class rep. He absolutely LOVED this gift - so much so that unfortunately he would not share it with his younger brother and ate both of them in the one evening - with the expected outcomes.
