Looked great but unable to cancel/ remove from basket so had to buy even though I required a card in envelope not a postcard. First time user.

Loved this photochromic I created for a gender reveal. It was a little thinner then expected and more like thick photopaper rather then postcard material but still the card was amazing the delivery very fast and the picture quality perfect. I would definitely recommend. Envelope added to postcard by me, instead it would have return address.

Product I designed was good. But to receive 5 identical postcards posted to my own address makes them unusable as the intended memory of my recently passed dog. I raised this on a chat and I was just told “that’s how we do things” and the chat was ended. I will not use this company again.
