This was bought to replace a previous one that got broken. The recipient was delighted with it. I highly recommend this item.

Item good. Exactly as expected. Giving it a 3 star because it arrived 3 days earlier than scheduled. Missing the point of the scheduling process & there for birthday recipient did not receive the gift on their actual birthday. Disappointed by that, could have used any other service if delivery was going to just be random.

Poor quality product that was worsened by defect in the printing. I can't upload a photo because the personalised text is personal. Cheap tat should be priced as cheap tat. £10 is misaligned with the quality of the item, and £4.95 delivery on top is ridiculous. I had a 2m stepladder delivered on the same day for the same cost. The packaging was unsealed and the item loose in the box. It doesn't seem like Moonpig takes any of this seriously.

Arrived the next day which was impressive for a personalised mug. With postage it’s not cheap but it’s a good gift. Not yet gifted so don’t know what recipient will think
