Extortionate postage. We ordered 2 personalised mugs. Price for postage doubled up to £10 and were posted in 2 separate boxes. 1 mug then arrived 3 days late “due to technical issues” so missed the occasion it was aimed at, and when it did arrive it was different shade of grey with white specks & feint black dots in the paintwork. Moonpig sending replacement. Not the best experience so far.
