I was really pleased with the reproduction of the photo and lettering on the front. The wording inside was slightly off centre but it’s the first time I’ve used moonpig so was a little unsure of what to do . Maybe I should have centred it myself

Firstly came without envelope. No card is sold without an envelope. Secondly the type of writing on the front could have been a lot better than block capitals

Next day delivery after ordering 7pm-ish the night before. Quite expensive but good service overall.
Spelling mistake, disappointed so asked for refund , which have just received. However they said they would refund to Moonpig account….. and not full refund!!!! £2.44 short of full amount I paid . ! No thank you, I want a full refund to my payment method please . Customer service good .
Good card with photo upload. My only comment is that I would have liked another photo to go on but there was no choice.

Can’t review the product because it never arrived. Just devastated as I couldn’t be there on the day. All I was offered was a refund. Not received an apology yet either
