Card was great but you didn't send me the envelope so I had to go find and buy one elsewhere from a shop, which took me driving time and fuel to resolve and they just don't properly fit, so looked naff. In your defence you did refund me the cost to buy the envelope, but such a basic mistake. Otherwise all great.
