Order did not arrive by date agreed, declined refund and any further support from Moonpig, incredibly disappointing have used a lot over the years but will be cancelling subscription and take my business elsewhere

I have marked you down as this item was badly packed, with the internal box torn. The vanilla diffuser had come out of its holder, was loose, and very fortunately had not broken the bottle or itself which it was knocking when I picked up the outside container. Very disappointing as this was to be a special present for a 75th Birthday in three days time. I am having difficulty in sending three photos. As soon as I try to add a second one, the first is deleted. This one shows the torn packaging.

Parcel was ordered for the 22nd September but came 20 days early, quality is just what I wanted but the fact it came Early ruined the surprise

The item arrived completely smashed. It was badly packaged for a fragile item and the courier knew it was smashed as they added it to a plastic bag and there was liquid throughout the package. I was offered a refund but it was still extremely disappointing to send someone a gift that ended up like this. This has happened to me on quite a few occasions now so I don't think the feedback about packaging or couriers is acted on. Its a shame as I love the moonpig service and customer service are helpful and responsive.
