I ordered this plus a birthday card to be delivered to my daughter. Unfortunately this arrived broken and post office returned it to sender (moon pig). I informed your customer services and was offered a replacement or a refund. I chose the refund as I wasn't confident that a replacement would arrive intact. Very disappointing.
