Rated 3 because I specifically asked for the items to be delivered the day before my daughters birthday but the system chose to send the items on separate days. Why give the option and date selection if the system is not going to acknowledge my request.?

Bit disappointed, all previous orders have arrived before or on time, this purchase was 6 days late even though a tracking number was issued within minutes of placing the order. I suppose 1 being late isn’t the end of the world, the rest have arrived as expected.
