The product would have been good were it not for the fact that a bottle was smashed to shards in transit. I wouldn’t care but this happened when I was sending the same gift to a relative. There is nothing on the outer packaging to indicate it is fragile and it is only wrapped in a layer

Who knows what to think about this product, it was not possible to appreciate it. The Lager Lovers Gift Set should have been the perfect gift to accompany my son's birthday card, but as I'm sure the pic shows, neither the card, or the bottled lager, survived delivery. To be fair, Moonpig issued a full refund, but that's not the point is it. The recipient lost out and the celebratory occasion having passed makes a replacement (first offer from Moonpig) an unsuitable solution. You have one job, Moonpig, and on this occasion, your delivery process was a dismal failure. Immensely disappointed.
