The product arrived broken in a soaking wet box from smashed bottles. The recipient refused the parcel as everything was wet. Moonpig were good and I received a refund but as it was for an 18th birthday it was very disappointing.

I ordered this product to be delivered on my elderly fathers birthday . I got an email from Royal mail saying there was an issue and they sent it back to you. I messaged you and got no reply . You finally delivered it 3 days later. I got no communication from you at all. Only messages about giving a good review. I was really disappointed with the service to be honest, I dont know if it was because it was glass being delivered . Not sure if I can use you again because I will my worried it would happen again!
