The first card I received was a poor quality matt paper and it had black ink streaks down the front of it. In fairness to Moonpig, I contacted them and they immediately re-sent a new card to me, this time on a glossy card, and the quality was perfect, so all in all no complaints from me, as they rectified the problem without issue or quibble.
