The card I ordered took over a week to be delivered so completely missed my partner’s birthday. It was his first birthday since our son was born so I wanted to order a special card for him but this was delivered 4 days after his birthday so I’m not very impressed this time with moonpig

Very poor, ordered a card 3 working days before it needed to be delivered and did not arrive until 3 days after my sons birthday. This has made me look like I forgot and ordered a card at the last minute. Will not be using again,

Print quality wasn't great, and the message is on the wrong side of the card? There should be more customisation options on the app. Also upon selecting the size of my card, there wasn't an idea of side. Just small medium large.. I selected medium and its far too big. Disappointed and waste of money.

Card arrived without an envelope, very disappointed. No issues with the card quality, the card looks beautiful. Don't understand why the cards arrive in an envelope they're posted in without an actual envelope I can use to pass the card on? I would rather pay more for the card if it meant I receive an envelope as well.
