Hello. I have just now recieved my Moonpig card this evening from Royal Mail to say that I'm extremely angry right now and incredibly disappointed is a massive understatement!!! I'm in absolute disbelief at the utterly horrendous quality of the photos that I selected to be used for the front cover of my girlfriend's birthday card. For some strange reason there are weird artefacts/squares showing on the photos of my son, as clearly seen in several of the photos that I have attached to this email. It looks like something went very badly wrong when uploading the photos with the Moonpig app, and now several of the photos are showing horrible pixels/artefacts and have completely ruined the photos on the card, and this has cost me £14 including P&P for a truly dreadful quality card, that I can't even now give to my girlfriend for her birthday, at least not without experiencing severe embarrassment at the absolute state of the photos on the front of the card!!! I expect either a FULL Refund to be isseud for this awful card from yourselves or a replacement to be sent out ASAP, FREE OF CHARGE, without the horrific distorted/pixelated photos. My girlfriend's birthday is this coming Friday, in just 3 days time, so I'm expecting a full resolution for this dreadful experience by the end of play tomorrow at the very latest. I expect to hear from yourselves within the next 24 hours. Thank you.

Both birthdays were 24th June. On the order it said delivery 23rd. They didn't arrive until the 29th not happy atall

Come late. Tried to talk to Moonpig and the Chatbot just kept asking me to try again. Nightmare. The card it self was lovely when it came though

The card was not put in a “fragile” secured envelope, just a normal paper envelope, this allowed it to be torn and bent when arrived from postage !

Very easy to add my pictures to the card, quick delivery and great quality. I had previously tried to add the same pictures to a card on another companies site and they wouldn't fit. So we'll done Moonpig.
