I am so very DISSATISFIED with Moonpig! I ordered rbis card for my Mum ‘s 70th Birthday! It never turned up & i was very upset! I got a damn A.I to talk to but all they kept saying was i had to wait until the deadline for postage was up! I got a refund but it will take upto 14 working days to go back in my bank! I asked as a gesture of good will would they possibly re-Send the card as well as a refund, But they said NO! This experience has put me off using moonpig ever again! It ruined a part of my Mums 70th Birthday!

I'm not sure what happened but this was not sent with the other card, no tracking and it did not arrive. I did get a refund but dealing with the 'bot' was very difficult and time consuming, I just kept getting told to wait one more day. Eventually I got a real person who refunded the card.
