When I ordered the card it said it would be here by the 17th I needed it for the 19th it never came till the 21st and that was a second card I had to get hold of Moonpig to send out

Really easy to put together and turned out much larger than I expected! Great quality and my mum really loved it.
Ink was smudged ruining the wording and could not make out what it says …

I uploaded 11 photos to this card. A great way of sending a greetings card as well as updated photos of the family.
Disappointed with the service pay for a specific day delivery then told when it haven't arrived that you actually do the pay for that day and it can take upto 2 days for delivery. This will certainly put ne off ordering again.
Happy with the card it just didn’t get delivered within the agreed timescales and arrived after the birthday. A more reliable delivery method should be used for the cost of Postage. Customer service sent out replacements but again these took too long to arrive for the 1st class postage.
