Still haven’t recieved my cards one week later after ordering them
I ordered my wife a birthday card, with my children helping choose the photos. This was ordered on 8th Dec with 1st class post, with my wife’s birthday on 15th Dec….still no card!!! This happened previously for a friends card….it never arrived and I couldn’t be bothered to complain but this just takes the mickey! Please can I get a response on this?

My card hasn’t even turned up he’s looking forward to giving his parent a card and you all can’t do your job and get it here on time!! Shocking
I’ve had numerous cards from Moonpig and the products are great!! On this occasion it stated delivery on 01/12/22 but turned up the day after!! Normally I would say this is no big deal, but this is a date specific service which we pay for !! Waking on a birthday morning to NO card is disappointing to say the least. They use Royal Mail 24 hr delivery service which also costs so on this occasion a little dissatisfied!!
