This was my second time to order from you guys.. The first time I order two cards and recieved one on time the other arrived over a week later. Which was after the birthday i needed it for.. This time I received both cards but no envelopes to put them in. Which isn't a big deal except I had to spend time finding nice ones to suit.. All in all I am happy with the products themselves but your system for sending them out seems to have a few issues. Many thanks Steve

I ordered on Saturday and wasn’t delivered until Thursday - chose 1st class option. If I had bought a card from a card shop it would have been cheaper and I would imagine got there at the same time if not before. A bit disappointing!

Missed the birthday date. Said it would make it (by a day and arrived 2 days late!) What’s the point otherwise?

The card was really good and it came in time but it’s really difficult to change stuff and add pictures, also I didn’t really like the font or the colour but I couldn’t change it because I had all the pictures that I liked.

Arrived late, damaged, poorly packaged and quality/sharpness and colour of 2 of the uploaded photos was poor. I cannot understand the extremely poor packaging which left me with a card I simply could not use and not enough time to do anything than drop work and to rush to various shops attempting to find a suitable card in a limited timeframe. I know the card was slightly bigger than normal, one size up... but the packaging was inexcusable, both the actual card and envelope to give the card in damaged.
