The product was delivered heavily damaged (Royal Mail ‘s fault) and spoke to Mohammed who refunded me and said a new one would also be sent out but not arrived.
Dad was pleased to get this gift but unfortunately 2 of the bottles were open and had soaked the box and ruined his card. Very disappointing.
The product and Moonpig were great but, once again DPD were awful. They left my Father’s Day present by the door at the bottom of the block of flats! Moonpig need to start using different couriers.
