The Important Part:
- We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
- Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 9pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
- Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!
Please Note:
- In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
- Box size 58.5cm x 22.5cm x 3.5cm; designed to fit through most standard UK letterboxes.
- The vase is not included.

Disappointed, but will reserve judgement, nothing like the picture on website, I appreciate they need a couple of days to come out, they were delivered Tuesday and still yet to come out. But delivery time was spot on. This now 5 days on, looking very tired, not hopeful that these will come out now!!!

The letterbox flowers were left on the doorstep and after over a week, have failed to bloom. Very disappointed and frankly, embarrased. The birthday card also failed to be delivered.
