The Important Part:
- We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
- Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 9pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
- Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!
Please Note:
- In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
- Box size 58.5cm x 22.5cm x 3.5cm; designed to fit through most standard UK letterboxes.
- The vase is not included.

Flowers flat packed. Nothing to help make a bouquet. Had to improvise to make the flowers look special

Nothing like the photo shown or described. Expected it as was shown and ADVERTISED, in bloom in a vase. Delivery made no knock on the door (even though the window was open proving someone was home) just left on the doorstep and no notification for an hour. 2nd time I've had a delivery from "Moonpig" that was to say less than inspiring. Thought first one was maybe an abnormality but nope !! Don't think I'll be using "Moonpig" again or recommending the service.

I was disappointed with it as it was an anniversary card and present for a friend and the flowers were pushed in their letterbox, so you could say they had a lovely card and a bunch of stems.

May be nice after a week once bloomed. Moonpig were good and refunded the cost, but not ideal if you want to treat someone.
