It never arrived as it was damaged and completely ruined Father’s Day I did get a refund but I was embarrassed for both me and my Dad. Still a little angry at the path I had to take to get a response and refund. Very vague and left my elderly father searching for the parcel in his shrubbery( no one knocked when delivering the card which didn’t get there until 2 pm?? I will never use Moonpig again.

I am very disappointed. This was supposed to arrive on 20th ready for father's day on 21st but it still hasn't arrived today being 23rd even though I had an apology email saying it would arrive on 22nd

bottles just in thin cardboard box, same as 4 - 6 pack from supermarket then just stick a postage label on it. Guess how it looked when it arrived, no response to email in a week
