This product arrived at my dads, broken, glass all smashed inside box and arrived in a waterproof bag as Royal Mail must have known it was broken hence why they put it in the waterproof bag. Very very disappointed and I won’t be using your company again.

Arrived with the recipient completely smashed so they had to refuse delivery. It is currently with royal mail, waiting for it to be returned to moonpig so that I can get a refund. Because it is technically still "out for delivery" moonpig won't allow me to register an issue with it.

Arriving without internal packaging. Being glass bottles one of them had smashed and leaked into the rest of the package
