Poor quality, there was a chip. I reported it as soon as it arrived and over a week later I'm still waiting for a response.

Easy to use website, quick delivery. Happy with printing of the photos I uploaded. Just disappointed by a small chip at the bottom of the mug, possibly caused by lack of protection in transit because the mug just in a cardboard box and not wrapped (I would imagine to meet eco-credentials). It didn't help that the box got wet and started to disintergrate...

Poor quality mug, and not the cheapest around. Image printing wasn’t straight. Quick turnaround with next day postage, but feels like a big compromise on quality.
