Carton was smashed, everything was ruined, disgraceful on behalf of the delivery company, though I am sure it was not Moonpig's fault.

Bottles arrived broken & card was destroyed with the beer. Not Moonpigs fault. Royal Mail messed this one up!

As with my comment re the birthday card, this present to my doctor did not arrive And I’m finding it difficult to obtain a refund from you. This has caused me a lot of time and effort not to mention the expense (I am a pensioner) and great disappointment for me to suffer. Can you call me please on 02072245884 to sort this matter out, it is causing me a lot of anxiety.

Based on the information given I think my son will enjoy the gift
Ordered it on 12/7 for it to be delivered on 17/7 the earliest, dad’s birthday is on 18/7. However 3 days after his birthday, he is still waiting for the card and gift. Royal Mail has been saying they are delivering it since 16/7. Contacted Moonpig, no answer. On the other hand I’m almost £35 out of pocket. Please don’t give the default answer of it’s not your fault.

Every thing arrived on time but one of the bottles of beer was broken and made all the other bottles wet and covered in beer. My grandson didn't tell me which bottle was broken but just that the protective packaging was inadequate he was however pleased with the remaining beer. Not quite up to Moonpigs usual high standards.
Great selection
Product was ok quality but by no means cheap. My delivery was 2 day late. 👎
