Not delivered on time despite paying…
Not delivered on time despite paying extra for a Sunday delivery. Royal Mail didn't even attempt the delivery. It's a shame I have to give one star as the service is 0/10. Once again Royal Mail make a pigs ear of the only job they had to do for their customers.

Extremely Unreliable - take your money and don’t deliver

Moonpig Sucks
I ordered a card in plenty of time for the occasion and even paid extra for the card to be delivered a couple of days before. The occasion has come and gone and the card has still not been delivered. I checked the tracking and it is Birmingham. The card was for someone living in Guernsey….. Moonpig headquarters are in Guernsey!!! I always have the same trouble with this company. Will not be using moonpig again, thanks again for nothing.

I ordered a card for designated day. I gave enough notice & it failed to arrive. Extremely poor service & for Father’s Day! It’s happened before and I let it go as a one off, but for it to happen again. I’ve decided not to order again from Moonpig.

My experience was fine with yourselves I payed for next day delivery then Royal Mail have posted it through the wrong letterbox they delivered it to my neighbours hopefully I can retrieve it today as it’s my sons birthday card for tomorrow

Royal Mail damaged my card
Had a problem with my card that was delivered today via Royal Mail bending it and no fit state to give it my daughter on her 21st made a complaint to customer service and they had me a new one made straight away for nxt day delivery..luna in costomer services was brilliant..
