I have both visited the Milton Keynes showroom and made purchases online.
The showroom staff were most helpful, amiable and knowledgeable.
Online purchases have been shipped quickly and the order accuratley fufilled.
I have no hesitation in recommending Moonraker for a very wide range of radio related products.

The service from Moonraker is second to none. My antenna arrived the next day in some seriously robust packaging. I'm delighted with the performance of the antenna.

Price ok. Slower shipping than advertised on their site. No response from customer service when emailed. Product finally arrived. No usb cable with the product. Over-all very "meh". Not sure I'd bother again.

After a bad experience with a well known retailer this a breath of fresh air. Antenna went together easily and once in position it had a flat vswr across both bands. I was also able to work a 2m repeater 87 miles away.

I bought the Heil headset to use with my Anytone 878 UV II+. It arrived quickly, but upon connecting it and transmitting, I experienced motor boating. On contacting Moonraker I was told this a known problem using these headsets on DMR. if this is the case, surely they should warn people before purchase. I had to return the headset and get a refund.

Equipment and prices are ok but the rewards are a waste of time as they expire quickly or will not apply at checkout

I have two Spider beam poles (12m).
If you remove the top two sections you can insert a plug and eyebolt. These parts are not available in the U.K.
after numerous emails with Spider beam in Germany they agreed to send the parts (2 plugs &eyebolts) to Moonraker.
Moonraker accepted the situation and posted them to me without any issues or delay.Less than £10 total. So I give them a *****+++

It was impressive how fast from ordering to dispatching was fast. It would be nice if Moonraker can calculate the import taxes and duties and add to the payment so that you do not have to do it afterwards.

Needed a replacement microphone for an FT847. Perfect product. Arrived quickly and works well. Thank you Moonraker. Great service as always.

I was looking for a telescoping mast to mount a TV antenna to my RV. I wanted to be able to obtain enough elevation to have good TV reception in deer camp at a remote location. I bought the 17' model and mounted it on the RV bumper and attached it to the spare tire mount bracket with two u-clamps. I can now lower the mast which positions the antenna behind to RV for travel. The mast is easy to raise and lower by hand. Thanks for a great product.
