Shocking !! Did not receive my order !! Absolutely disgusting threatening message sent to me ! Don’t waste your time or money on these scammers !!!

Terrible. I bought my daughter a medium jellycat and a tiny FAKE one turned up. It was for her birthday and was so disappointed. Avoid this company at all costs.

This company and website should not even be getting one star they sell and advertise fake items they advertised a real jelly cat and what I got was fake and not real with no jelly cat labels this was in September and I am still waiting for a real one to arrive in it’s replacement oh and get this they want me to send the fake one back but spend £16 delivery to send it back PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ESPECIALLY AT THIS TIME OF YEAR (CHRISTMAS) AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They should be arrested in my eyes for advertising goods that they don’t deliver.

Complete scam. Advertised Jellycat stuffed animal. What I received was a complete knock off that looked nothing like the image.

Fake jellycat and they will not issue refund has been going on for months

I wish I had read the reviews fist. I ordered a few Labubus from them and although they are showing authentic images on their website its only Lafufu that arrives.
Shame on this website. Do not order from them.

Terrible service. Selected express shipping for a backpack, that guaranteed 1-3 business day delivery, and the item took 15 days to arrive. No longer needing the item at that time, I requested a refund/return for the item (which they do not send return labels for), and have been getting the runaround on the refund for the past 2 weeks. May have to go through my bank to request a chargeback.

Avoid - fake goods: I purchased what was advertised as a genuine Jellycat from their website. When it arrived, 3 weeks later, it was an obvious fake. They said it was a “problem at the warehouse” and would send another but that was 8 weeks ago. They have ignored all requests for a refund.

Fake jellycat arrived - so embarrasd as it was my daughters birthday present and she knew straight away! Judging by reviews I’m not sure if I will get refunded? Gutted.

I was worried after ordering a Fuddlewuddle jellycat teddy and seeing these reviews. However, it has arrived (albeit after 2.5 weeks) and the Teddy is perfect - very soft and cute. It may not be authentic Jellycat but I don’t know, looks good to me!

No tracking. Sent me a terrible replica. No wonder they don’t have any reviews on their actual website.

I placed an order;
No Tracking details even though I paid £17.00 for FedEx!
No option to Login to the account you set up!
No response to my concerns raised as the order I placed hadn't been sent out!

No delivery even though the finally sent an email stating it has been sent out. So I asked for the tracking details and received more lies in their short email responses.
No refund as they emailed today saying they have seen their account.

No product!
No refund!

Unfortunately I didn't do my research before speading £69.00 on one doll.

The absolute worst experience I have had while purchasing something online. Their customer service is awful and they refuse to give me my money back after sending me the wrong item twice.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a Jellycat bunny and the wrong item was sent with clearly fake tags. Beige tag on a blue bunny. I contacted the company and every time they respond they said a replacement would be sent by 29 July. I purchased on 9 June. I have emailed over 20 times and there is always the same or similar response just using a different customer service name. I can’t even get a refund without posting it back which they know costs more than the item to Hong Kong. A complete rip off and waste of $70. I’m extremely disappointed and this is so wrong of companies to do this. Absolute scam and fake items.

Bought a monster labubu but when it arrived it was a Lafufu. Why can’t people just sell the real ones. All these knock offs. Don’t buy

Bought my daughter what the photo showed, a jellycat swimming goggles. When they eventually arrived, nothing like at all!! Keep away from this site ALL costs.
