Great customer service

Moosfy order was lost in transit....they refunded my money and shipped me out another item at no charge. They are awesome. will defiantly purchase from them again....GREAT customer service!!! I will have to add though you need size UP...way up...I wear X-large and got my jacket and it was more like a Medium and I could not wear 🫤. The jacket seemed of quality but the personalized part ( photo) was just iorned on and feel like it would come off with washing.

I ordered 2 custom broken glass dog sticker's for car windows, albeit I was not able to get them in time for Christmas, it’s my own fault waiting until the last minute to order, the company was extremely helpful and very responsive via their customer service email. The sticker’s came out great, I’m very happy with them.

Delayed shipping

I originally wrote a bad review because I thought I was being scammed. This is an update. I waited a month for the product but after I received it it was exactly what I ordered. It was beautiful and the receiver of the gift loved it. It's very well made and beautiful. 4 stars because I paid for shipping yet they used the cheapest shipping possible which put a delay in the arrival. None the less, not a scam.

Their ad read next day shipping but not only did they not ship next day, the NEVER SHIPPED. PURE SCAM, and when you try to contact them it is a private name in VIETNAM. Should be reported to facebook, amazon and all the other companies they advertise on

The mule slippers that I ordered were nothing like the pictures the name is only on one side and in the picture it was on the strap and you can't read the name and it is only on one shoe the pillow was good and I had to order blanket twice and pay full price

I ended up with these hucksters by…

I ended up with these hucksters by doing a search for "french bulldog gifts" since my sister loves them. I found a shirt they sell that seemed to be nice enough. I ordered and waited about three weeks to get it.
Their description stated "SUPER SOFT: Healthy 100% linen material will make Casual Shirt comfy, lightweight.'
My heart sank when I received it and thought it seemed a little weird for linen. Then I saw the truth: It is 100% polyester. I contacted them and received a reply that said "our linen has special qualities." Yeah, like the "special quality" is that it isn't linen.
AVOID these people, I wish I had.

edit: Linen is an organic material made from flax. Just like cotton is made from cotton plants. To insist that somehow polyester is linen is beyond crazy, or wildly deceptive.

Ordered a T-shirt

Ordered a T-shirt. The quality was very bad. They sent me the wrong size and now they refuse to refund my money and or exchange it.
It was a birthday present for somebody and I am so upset about it. I have asked the company several times, but they keep asking for more pictures and stupid questions. I have sent them as many pictures and documents as they request I did exactly what they told me to do but still want me to send them more pictures.
Just let me return the item and you’ll see it for yourself …
