Ordered my dress from Mooyius, it arrived in about 2 weeks. Dress is just as in the website, excellent quality and beautiful. It’s the first time I order from this website and my experience so far is excellent. I love their styles.

Would give a zero if I could.

I ordered my dress March 20th...the delivery date has been pushed back 5 times and is now moved all the way back into mid June. I have escalated it with their customer service and was told to "be patient" it is back ordered. I have been more than patient. I have to now be resolved that I have paid for an item that I will not receive. They are still actively selling the item on line, with no warning, even though it isn't available.

I’m not happy with your service I order one item you send two or three of the same thing and you charge me for all I need to get credit for all y extra charges you can review my orders and this need to taking care asas please

I've had a very mixed experience with this company. The product I've actually received is nice and the quality is good. The outfits look great. My problem is that I got messages that my originally ordered items were out of stock and that I needed to order something different from a specific list of items (clearly items they were trying to sell out whether for the season change or something). I received the replacement items. There is one item that I ordered in April hoping to get it in time for a Memorial Day weekend wedding event. I still haven't received it and it is noted as being "in process" with a promised shipping date range ending on May 15. There has been no updated communication from them. They still have the product being advertised for sale on their website - not sure what is wrong with getting mine to me then.

Updating post 1 day after original post - beware of the bot that responds saying they want to make it right and to go through their customer service team through an email. That is what I’ve been doing all along with no luck.

They have scammed me. I purchased a jump suit for nearly $300. They messaged me after chasing to say they don’t have it and to purchase another product. I asked for an refund. They won’t give me one and are encouraging me to spend more money.

This company sucks!!!!! The quality of the clothing looks like you picked it up at Goodwill. Forget about returning it. They merely reply. but do not respond to your actual question. They must use Ai to make their clothing look elegant.

I was very happy with the quality of the outfit I ordered. The fabric was of a high quality, beautiful and soft. The customer service I received from Mooyius was excellent and they were very helpful in replacing my outfit as the top was too tight.

I ordered an expensive dress. It arrived with key buttons missing and was unwearable, I tried numerous times to return and get refund because it wasn’t even touched and couldn’t be worn. Company disregarded my request through their normal channels. I filed a review. Then they answered on Facebook messenger, said I couldn’t get a refund but that their replace. I don’t need another one, the event was too close to what I needed it for and arrival would be too late. They then said they’d give me any item, didn’t want another as I don’t try how things even arrive. Then they said they’d reimburse me 40 percent?!? I packed and they said they’d refund at my shipping expense to which I agreed and they’ve never answered despite 3 emails back and follow up there and now Facebook with shipping instructions. Do not ever use them. Ever!!!

Stupid me. I did not read reviews. This company is a total scam. They make it impossible to return. The clothing is JUNK.

I still haven't received one of my dress, although I expect the same cheap crap. I placed that order April 21st, over three weeks ago. No update to my order. Very disappointed.

I love the dress I ordered but it only came in black. When it arrived, it fit perfectly and was beautifully made. They immediately made this dress in other colors so I reached out to exchange and they told me to keep the original dress at no cost and to reorder the other colors I am waiting on its arrival, since it is for my father in laws memorial early June. I hope it arrives in time because I love it and appreciate the exchange optional they gave me.

This dress my husband got me is not made like in the pictures and descriptiom and now they are none exisstant place!!tant when we would like to!!!

Mooyius has been most understanding in allowing me to replace the dress I bought from them. I bought it for my niece’s wedding. Lovely dress but very unflattering on me. I really appreciate their understanding & help.

This is a total scam. The clothing arrived looking very different from the website. The sizing was way off and the quality was terrible.

Customer support nonexistent. Returns very difficult and require sending merchandise back to a residential address in china. The return shipping costs are as high as the cost of the horrible clothing. Do not buy anything from them.

Caution!!! Wish i have red the comments before ordering.
Still waiting for the order.... 5 weeks now and zero update on their website. "pending".....

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews of this company. I ordered over $300 in items. The material feels like a thick polyester. Mooyius has been horrific in responding to my requests for return instructions. I have emailed them 5 times. All in the past 48 hours when I received the clothes.
I was offered a 50% discount on a future order. Exasperated.

Save yourself a headache and do not order from this company.

I placed an order on January 16, order number MY112518. There was a delay, but the company never notified me or provided a clear update. I tried to cancel the order, but Customer Service did not respond.
I finally received the item on April 4. Since then, I have been trying to return it, but I have not received a response yet.
The lack of communication, the delayed delivery, and the complete absence of customer service have made this an extremely frustrating experience. I strongly recommend avoiding Mooyius.

This is a beyond cumbersome experience to process returns in a timely manner to meet the return timeframe.
