Mooyius 

The customer service is non-existent. The bot on-line doesn't answer your questions. After going back and forth a few times, I tried calling their number in China and nobody answers. I bought a few things and they are beautiful and fit well but they owe me over $100 so I'll have to contact my credit card company.

I received a dress that was a bit small and requested a size up, they were quick to process the request and said it will ship immediately. So far the experience has been positive and hopefully the exchange arrives and it is just as beautiful as the first one!

I just bought two dresses and both of them are beautiful. They are a great fit and good quality. They were also well packaged. I did have an issue with availability of one dress but I was able to swap for another one that was in stock and the customer service was also good. I did read reviews before I purchase so I was pleasantly surprised by what I received and the customer service.

It’s nothing but a scam! I purchased some items according to the available information on the website, then I received an email from the seller telling me that items are out of stock, which a misleading information, I asked them many times to return the money back but they refused to do so and keep offering me to buy items and other offers instead, just because they don’t want to pay me back , this matter took a very long time and they refused to give me my money back until now

I reached out customer service regarding a dress I ordered that did not fit with the hopes of receiving a refund and moving on. Conversation was easy and professional and we came to a great solution of a replacement dress. I appreciated the help and will shop with them again.

The clothes are beautifully made, and the fabrics are lovely. They run true to size. And they’re very very fashionable. The Customer Service team is fantastic. I would recommend them highly.

Biggest scam ever. I ordered a dress and it is not made in dimensions to fit a human body. Looks nothing like website photo. Very poor quality material. It’s basically trash and cost $150. The return options are to keep the item for 20% of price or return to China. Shipping is more than is the price of the fees and this company is so shady - I don’t trust they will actually refund once received. I caution against these scammers.

THE PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP AND DEFECTIVE! You have to pay to return to another country and the prices are inflated by more than double other sites! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Nothing like advertised. Cheap, flimsy, totally disappointing. I'll never order from here again. The money I spent, I could have gotten prettier and better quality at Macy's.

I had the most fabulous experience with Mooyius. I purchased a dress, excellent quality, but sadly too small. I wrote back and within 1 hour they answered and apologized (even though I ordered too small) and suggested I pick out another dress, which I did. (The original one was out of stock). Then they totally surprised me and said they would send the new choice asap and I could keep the too small one - which would be perfect for my daughter. The entire transaction was so pleasant and not anything that I have experience with ordering clothes from overseas. Looking forward to my new choice.

I ordered this item online and did a guesstimate about sizing based on the model’s description. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit but customer service was very helpful in connecting me with a better fitting option. It was greatly appreciated and will definitely turn me into a regular shopper

The experience that I have had with Mooyius has been quite frankly surprisingly amazing. I received the beautiful outfit I ordered only to find that the pants were too snug around the waist. I reached out and was immediately responded to and action to replace my pants was taken right away. It is unusual to receive this level of service these days and I will order from this company again because of the clothing of course but most importantly I know they stand behind their products. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

SUCH A SCAM - do not buy and stay away - all imaged are IA generated and what you get will shock you , it will not look at all like you paid for - when you then ask to return it - as of course no info for return comes with it - you are given a place to send it with no guarantee of funds being returned. i was told the would be refunded but its all lies.

Customer service was amazing. I sent a question late at night but received a quick answer. The clothing options are feminine and affordable. I had a question about exchanging my dress and they addressed the issue. I love this site!

We have ordered multiple items from Mooyius and my wife absolutely loves their products. Great material, custom type fitting, professional look, or sexy look, or both!! We ordered one item recently and unfortunately it fit a little differently form some of the previous items. We contacted customer service and heard back immediately. They are shipping us a different size and asked for some feedback on this fitting so they could fix the issue. You just don't get this type of service these days! Well done Mooyius!
