1) Quality of the fabric. The site description of the pieces are the real deal. Clothes are of good quality and fits perfectly on me.
2) The design of the pieces. It'not easy to find clothes with such a feminine and modern design.
3) The customer assistance. When I needed help with my orders, they replied really fast on Instagram.

My experience was great. I contacted customer service in reference to the suit being snug in the breast and shoulder areas. I would hate to wear it and lift my arms and the suit tear. I love this suit because it demands attention when you walk in the room. The fabric is awesome and I can’t wait to wear it when I get the replacement. I would definitely be ordering again. Never buy from this company! I paid for my order Dec 8 2025. Today is Jan 9th, I am yet to recieve all my items.
Return policy is a scam! Despite 12 attempts at picking out a replacement item that is always out of stock, I am yet to recieve a refund for a women top that is not as described.

The garment I ordered was of the quality and beauty of my expectations! I am very happy with the fabric, the fit and the construction. I am very happy and would order from this company again. The shipping does take a little longer than what I usually find through other online places. I was okay with it taking longer, but if you needed something for a specific date, order well ahead.

I ordered the Elegant One-Shoulder Satin Gown With Draped Detail And Side Slit and when I received this gorgeous gown, I realized I ordered a size too big. This dress is so gorgeous, quality fabric! Exactly how it appears on the website. I emailed customer service and received an immediate response. They were so helpful! I should receive the replacement gown soon! I'm so so excited! Ok, so this was my first time ordering from this company. My items arrived, were beautiful, and of excellent quality. I didn't order the right size and needed to make an exchange, but I want to tell you that the customer service was AMAZING! The dresses are beautiful and very nice quality. The sizes run a little small so the dress I ordered did not fit. I contacted them online and they quickly responded. I was one day late to return or exchange and they made an exception for me. The larger size was out of stock and they allowed me to choose another dress to resolve the problem. It was just as gorgeous and arrived promptly. This company is definitely not a scam as I read in other reviews. I would absolutely order from them again and I thank them for their excellent customer service!
